- Screen resumes and call candidates
- Schedule interviews and keep everyone informed
- Close positions within agreed timelines
Requirements
- Good communication in Tamil and English
- Experience in IT or non-IT hiring is a plus
- Comfortable calling many candidates a day
- Well organised
