Responsibilities
- Handle attendance, leave and payroll inputs
- Prepare offer letters and onboard new employees
- Keep employee records and policies up to date
- Plan engagement activities and answer employee queries
Requirements
- Degree in HR, business or related field
- Good communication and organising skills
- Knowledge of labour laws, PF and ESI is a plus
- Comfortable with Excel
